Taapsee Pannu responded to not being invited to join the list of celebs appearing on Koffee With Karan 7 this year in a cheeky way. As she explained why she wasn’t invited, the actress made a subtle jab at Karan Johar for questioning the celebrities on his chat show about their sex life.

When questioned by a reporter about why she doesn’t go on Koffee With Karan, Taapsee responded jestingly, “My sex life is not interesting to be on Koffee With Karan.”

Taapsee Pannu’s direct response is in line with the social media rumors that the filmmaker is particularly interested in the private lives of the celebs who appear on Koffee With Karan.

The sex lives of celebrities that appear on the chat show, most recently Ranveer Singh, Vijay Deverakonda, Aamir Khan, and Kareena Kapoor, have drawn criticism for Karan Johar’s intrusive questions.

After the director questioned Kareena about making disparaging remarks about sex life while his mother was watching the show, Aamir even made fun of Karan’s method of inquiry. ” Your mother doesn’t mind you asking people about other people’s sex life,” the actress concluded as he raked Karan.
