Shweta Tripathi, who celebrates her 36th birthday today, has landed a major part in Rashmi Rocket. Akarsh Khurana directed the sports drama, which features Taapsee Pannu and Priyanshu Painyuli.
The film’s production studio announced the news on Shweta’s birthday, Tuesday. “Don’t be fooled by her smile; she’s fighting the world for truth and justice!
Rashmi Rocket is a fictitious narrative about a girl named Rashmi who is from the Gujarati town of Kutch. Because of her quickness, the villagers affectionately refer to her as “Rocket.” The film depicts how her professional goals get entwined with her emotional desire for respect, honor, and identity.
In a series of tweets, RSVP Movies, the film’s production studio, hailed Taapsee’s role as “her greatest strength!” One of the tweets said, “Rashmi is coming to tell her journey, keep tuned.” “An eye that is going for the finish line will see through all odds!” she is quoted as saying in another tweet. Rashmi has come to share her story with you in the hopes of inspiring you.”
Shweta is well known for playing Golu Gupta in Amazon Prime Video’s Mirzapur as Golu Gupta. Masaan (2015) and Haraamkhor are two of her greatest movies (2017). Cargo is where she was last seen (2020).
Netflix just released Taapsee Pannu’s Haseen Dillruba. She has Loop Lapeta, Mithali Raj’s biography Shabaash Mithu, and the Telugu feature Mishan Impossible in her purse, in addition to Rashmi Rocket.
