Vijay Deverakonda turned down a Bollywood movie offered by Karan Johar before Liger..

Vijay Deverakonda, a South celebrity, and a national sensation, is presently extremely busy promoting his next movie Liger. In addition to being Puri Jagannadh’s first Telugu film, the eagerly anticipated sports action drama also serves as Ananya Panday’s Bollywood debut. Fans and famous people alike, like Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor, are ecstatic to watch Vijay in his debut Hindi-language production. But did you know that Vijay’s co-producer Karan Johar had offered him more Bollywood projects before Liger?

That is correct! The beautiful actor recently disclosed at a press conference in Hyderabad that KJo had approached him for a different movie after seeing his smash hit Arjun Reddy, but he had turned it down. In the movie, Vijay played the part of an irritable, alcoholic surgeon who embarks on a path toward suicide after his lover marries another person. He revealed, “After watching Arjun Reddy, Karan Johar offered me to do a Bollywood film, then I was not ready, and now, we approached with Liger as it has the pan-India appeal. He supported us well in every aspect.”
